The NBA MVP race is heating up as the season draws to a close. With so many talented players in the league, it's hard to pick just one who will be crowned MVP this year. From LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo to Stephen Curry and Luka Doncic, there are plenty of contenders for the title. Who will come out on top? Will it be a veteran or a rookie? Will it be an offensive powerhouse or a defensive stalwart? All these questions and more will be answered when the NBA announces its MVP for the 2020-2021 season!

Zion Williamson for MVP

Zion Williams is one of the most exciting players in the NBA right now. His stats for the 2021 season have been impressive, and he is currently in contention for the MVP award. He has been a dominant force on both ends of the court, averaging 24.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game. His shooting percentage from beyond the arc has also been impressive at 37%. With his incredible performance this season, Zion Williams is certainly a top contender for the NBA MVP award in 2021.

Zion Williams has been one of the most talked about players in the NBA this season. He has been a major factor in the success of his team, the New Orleans Pelicans, and is currently on track to be named MVP for 2021. Zion Williams' stats for 2021 have been impressive so far, with averages of 25.9 points per game, 7.2 rebounds per game and 2.1 assists per game. He has also shown great efficiency with a field goal percentage of 55%. His presence on both ends of the court makes him one of the most valuable players in the league today and his stats prove it.

Zion Williams is a professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans in the NBA. He is one of the most promising young stars in the league and his stats have been impressive this season.

Zion Williams has been a key player for the Pelicans, averaging 25 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists per game in 2021. He ranks second in total points scored among all players this season and has been named an All-Star starter as well as a top-five candidate for MVP. His shooting efficiency has also improved significantly this season with his 3-point percentage reaching 40%.

With Zion Williams' impressive stats and contributions to his team, he could be a strong contender for 2021 NBA MVP award.

Jayson Tatum for MVP

Jayson Tatum is an American professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected by the Celtics with the third overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft. In 2021, Tatum was named an NBA All-Star for the first time and he is a strong contender for MVP in 2022.

Tatum’s stats have been impressive throughout his career, especially since 2021. He improved his 3-point shooting and has become one of the most efficient scorers in the league. His offensive rating has also increased significantly over the years and he currently averages 25 points per game.

This season, Tatum's stats have been even more impressive as he continues to make a strong case for MVP consideration. He is averaging 26 points per game while shooting 48% from three-point range, making him one of the most lethal scorers in all of basketball. His defense has also improved significantly this season and he is now averaging 1.4 steals

Jayson Tatum is one of the top NBA players in the league, and his stats for the 2022 season are sure to be impressive. He was a finalist for the 2021 NBA MVP award and is expected to continue his stellar play into 2022. His stats from this season will likely be an indicator of how well he can perform in future seasons, as he looks to become an even better player. We can expect him to continue putting up strong numbers in points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks and field goal percentage throughout this next season. With his current level of talent and skill set, Jayson Tatum should be a contender for the 2022 NBA MVP award.

NBA PICKS 1/22/2020

Tonight in the NBA we have a total of 11 games, with a few interesting matchups. One of those matchups would be the Brooklyn Nets going up against the Cleveland Cavaliers. This is will be an interesting game because the Cavs did manage to upset the Nets spoiling the debut of their big three. I expect the Nets to figure it out this time and come away with the win. Brooklyn 145 vs Cavs 112

The next game that should be a must-watch is Boston vs Philadelphia because of the battle for the top spot in the eastern conference. In their previous matchup, Philadephia was able to easily defeat Boston by a score of 117 to 109. In this game I expect Philadelphia to win again especially since Jayson Tatum will be out again, a player who needs to help create extra offense. Philadephia 115 vs Boston 103

There are also a lot more games scheduled for tonight and my predictions are below.

Chicago  141 vs Charlotte  118

Orlando 104 vs Indiana 110

Houston 115 vs Detroit 103

Miami 107 vs Toronto  100

Atlanta 128 vs Minnesota  113

Dallas 111vs San Antonio 122

New York 106 vs Sacramento 107

Oakalohoma 103 vs Los Angeles 114

Denver 105 vs Phoenix  108

NBA PICKS - 1/21/2021

This Thursday we have three games, with the first game between the Lakers and Bucks and two late night games, Knicks vs Warriors and Jazz vs Pelicans. The first game of the night could an NBA finals preview with the Milwaukee Bucks will host the defending champs Los Angeles Lakers. This game should be a close one with the Bucks coming out on top by a score of 117-112 over the Lakers.

The second game sees the Utah Jazz vs New Orleans Pelicans, with Jazz riding a six-game winning streak with one of those wins coming over the Pelicans. The Pelicans have always had a hard time against the Jazz and I expect much the same tonight with the Jazz winning convincingly by a score of 107 to 95 in favour of the Jazz.

In the third game, the New York Knicks will be travelling to the west coast to face off against the Golden State Warriors. This game looks like a mismatch on paper but, the Knicks have well-coached and I expect them to make a game out of it. I expect this game to go down to the wire with a final score of 115 to 113 in favour of the Golden State Warriors.

Lakers 112 vs Bucks 117
Jazz 107 vs Pelicans 95
Knicks 113 vs Warriors 115

NBA Finals Game 2

Raptors vs Warriors: Game 1 of the NBA finals is the books and the Raptors were able to come away with win by taking advantage of a sloppy Warriors team. However, I do not expect the Warriors team to come into game 2 on Sunday playing the same way they did in game 1. One  would expect the coach of the Warriors coach Steve Kerr to make proper adjustments, one those adjustments I would recommend is starting Kevon Looney over Jordan Bell to give them more offense. The Raptors on the other hand need to stick to the game plan and force the other players on the Warriors to beat them, such as Shaun Livingston and Andre Iguodala. The Raptors are now playing with a lot of confidence and I expect them to take game 2 and hold on to home court going into Golden State. I predict a score of 121-115 in favor of the Raptors this coming Sunday.   Nba finals Game 2

NBA picks 2018/05/08

Cleveland vs Toronto : This is a must win for the Raptors and this is why I have given them a slight edge for tonight's game. After a bad game for Demar Derozan I expect a bounce back game which will help Toronto come away with the victory. If they manage to give the same effort as team as they did in game 3, I see the raptors coming away with a win by at least 6 points.
